The San Bastiano Farmhouse is located in Buti, at the foot of the mountain Serra in the Pisan hinterland, a good position for reaching the main Tuscan cities of art, Florence it's far away about 50 km. Lucca just 20 and Pisa not more of 30.

Buti's valley is renowned for it's oil, summoned also by Carducci in the poetry "Faida di Comune", village's centre is reachable also by walking and it's far about 600 mt. and it's a typical example of medieval village with Tonini Castle which is in dominant position on the main square, in his walls there is the awesome "Villa Medicea" of the sixteenth-century.

The whole village will amaze you for the main characteristics corners, starting from the theater "Francesco di Bartolo" until the "Chiesa dell'Ascensione" of Romanesque origins, passing through various alleys, streets and little streets which connect the six churches, besides the main one.

The farmhouse is located in a dominant position on the valley, surrounded by the characteristic olive groves made in flounces, offers its guests a newly restored structure respecting the criteria and original materials of the Tuscan farmhouses of the 19th century.

The structure is composed by 2 distinct apartments having independent entrances, the smaller named "La Sorgente" can easily host 4-5 persons, the other named "I Limoni" has 3 rooms for a total amount of 6-7 beds, double services, one of them having hydro-massage shower, wide lounge and dining room with chimney and separated kitchen.

The guests could benefit of the swimming-pool having a panoramic view (opening period from May until October thanks to the good position) and of the related solarium.

The farmhouse offers, besides the products of the family vegetable garden, the possibility of buy olive oil, wine, jams, honey, cheeses of our production or selected from agricultural farms of the area.
